Did you make an Assassin just because of the perma SF farm?

I made one near release when I saw how cool 15k Luxon looked. He's still one of the most badarse looking characters I have.

My sin has always been my main character - even during the lean times of the nerfs he manage to scrape by with tombs and elemental farming.

I made him because the concept of shadowstepping sounded awesome at the time. I was a narutard who didn't watch naruto.

But yeah, for PvE they still have MS/DB and Scythesin, for PvP they have crappy gimmicks and shadowstes every other profession can abuse.

My sin's 2nd b-day passed. 'Nuff said.

I thought about it, but I don't have much time to play atm anyways, so it wouldn't make sense. (My Sin is 26 months old, level 3^^)
If I was playing like I used to, then the answer would be 100% yes.

nope my sin was almost 1 year old with around 30 hours on him before SF now its 150 hours

Yes, that was the first reason I created an assa. Though now after playing with it a bit, it's going to be used for alot more too

actually, no, but it got me to get it to lvl 20 faster. i made it 2 months but only got it up to lvl 14 (lol, only played 6 hours) then yesterday i got it up to lvl 20 (14 hours total, slow for me) im excited to farm ectos, recently my only farm has been raptors (which have been very good actually) + i can now run like every where. however, the shadow forms buff is way too good. it is kinda rediculous, however, im gonna use it. (unlike ursan...im totally against ursan...damn ursan)

Anyway i was vry lucky that i could join in with the ecto rush i originally wanted to make my sin to
1. Prove my m8 wrong that a Sin can be of some use in pve
2. To run through the icedome
I decided i would create a sin char and made it a week before the shadowform buff just before it was buffed i got to lvl 20 and after the buff i just started ecto farming Talk about luck or what

But since...I am very glad I made one, because I realized I actually enjoy playing as one. And if it weren't for that build, I would likely have never tried the class.

I made one long ago for the old Arcane Echo shadow form deal, leveled him to 20 about a week before the buff, then was like, oh wow.

Hell yes. 3 weeks and 130 ecto later, I'd say it was worth the effort. Will delete immediately if SF gets nerfed (my warrior is much more fun to play).

I don't even need the ecto. The fun has been in showing guildies how to do the run and hearing their success stories. If I was seriously greedy, I'd have much more than I do now.

Nope, already had one. Quit playing though just before the changes made it viable, so I haven't dusted him off.

Wouldn't anyway since I find such endeavors to be painfully boring to endure and have much more important and worthwhile things to do. Like watch Family Guy reruns...

Never had a Assassin and I never will since I will then only use it for the farming and not the fun part of playing with a char you like and doing different stuff.

I've had my sin for awhile now...Only made her for vabbi armor. Which I got a few days ago..I don't play her anymore now. Just for causal pvp

No, farming is boring. If I wanted to do the same boring task over and over again for mediocre benefits, I'd go to work.
