Question re: War/Rit UW Smite Farming

I know that I am pretty far behind the times and that SF sin can outfarm UW - but I don't play that often and like playing my Warrior.

I recently tried UW smite farming using a VwK build - works fine for the graspings and the smites. My problem is knowing where to pull the smites to to avoid the Coldfire Night patrols. I have figured out a couple of spots, but was wondering if anybody knows of a good map that shows the best locations for smite killing. I found maps that show the run or the overall area, but not one that shows the best points to "hide" from the coldfire patrols.

if look at the patrols of the coldfires wich are actually almost the same all the time you'll figure it out pretty fast

Takes a few looks at the patrol paths and this map shows you the safe spots, i still live by this map (helped a lot when i first started)
