Zaishen keys going up in price?

from what i noticed when the keys came out they were around 3k
a week ago 5k each and this morning they were already selling zkeys for 6k each
with those tonics 'n stuff prices are going up and stock is mainly quite low when you try to buy in temple of balthazar
what will happen later?
will armbraces be sold for 100k + 15 zkeys instead of ectos?
especially with the title track and the tonics people are crazy for these and prices have gone up since
when a tonic comes out that'd be from a cool monster from GW i think prices would go even more up

Yeah i notice the same thing............ i used to buy them at 3k, after the title update they went to 5k and i got used to that, but these people asking for 6k can kiss my ass, I rather waste my money on Consets for UW runs, at least there I have a good chance of Getting a Obby sword.

Just because 1 person sells them for 6k doesn't mean that's what they averagely go for. They're 5k atm and they will probably stay that way a long time as well.

/disagree with aera. with the chance of everlasting tonics, prices are gonna drop (when the tourney points come out) and then rise again once everyone has used the keys from said points. business man would buy once the points come out, keep the keys, and sell at a higher price later. but that's just my 2 cents.

Demand is high, Supply relativelly low.

As expected, PvE players can make gold to buy em much faster than PvPers can produce keys.

So don't buy them for any more than 5k. Prices will drop soon enough.

Eh, They'll drop soon enough. Unless some people are rich enough to buy them at 6k ea o.O.

Also, at OP, research supply and demand. If people refuse to pay 6k, the prices will systematically drop. If people start to pay 6k, the sellers will realise people are being pushovers, and keep pushing the prices up.

Ive never paid over 5k per key , quite often I can still get them 4.5k per and this was as recently as yesterday. I to have seen people asking for 6k/ but I also see enough at 5k. I have to guess that 5k will be about the price range as its very easy to swap ecto for key 1:1 which I see quite often

Yeah, they are not getting 6K for the keys. They are spamming for a while, well after the 5K ones sell theirs and move on.

And of course, let's not forget that, often, players are offering to sell for 6k, just to make sure that if a buyer haggles and bargains down to 5k-- the seller's getting the price he/she wanted anyway.

I sell them for 5k, or trade for ecto cos then i dont have to buy them.

Thats nothing special, ectos and keys are worth the same.

I've been selling my keys ever since the update and most of the time my price was 5k. A couple times I sold for 5.5k and during a few low points (AB weekend brought the price down a notch) traded 1:1 for ecto, since most people value ectos slightly lower than 5k and it saved me the hassle of having to go to Kamadan after and convert money into ecto.

However, recently the price has been climbing. Last two batches I sold 9 for 50k. Still, the fluctuations have been pretty small since the update, so I don't think they'll go up much.

If enough people share your view then the price will stop climbing at 6k since supply will be able to match demand. It won't drop down to 5k though, for that supply has to exceed demand, and assuming more people don't suddenly start PvPing, only a PvP weekend that gives a large portion of players double faction would do that. (HA weekend did give double faction, but only to a relatively small percentage of PvPers, so you didn't really see a dent in the price of keys.)

They are at 5K or 1e, but once in a while there's a seller who try to get 6K but without luck.

Note the word selling, doesnt mean people are buying at 6K, but i did offload a few at 5.5K today.

impatient buyers with money to burn set the prices.

if you're patient, you'll get them for 5k still.

stop being a baby about it.

everyone has this mentality that once a price becomes norm, they'll never get that item for below that price (excluding prices set by traders). be patient and you'll get your stuff for your price.

god forbid you have to wait to buy one.

some idiots tried to sell for 50k Each when the Golem tonics came out.

However. I doubt ZKeys would replace Ectos. Since Ectos are much more Stable in price.

I have seen people sell for 7.5k but it doesnt mean you need to buy it. I just buy all for 5k and still get sellers.
