Best elite when you were a beginner?

Ravenous Gaze. First Elite I got, now I feel bad for having run a blood bar.

My favourites now include Spiteful Spirit, Spoil Victor, Spirit Light Weapon and Eviscerate.

My first elite was on my N/R and it was [marksman's wager] which i thought was pretty pro , until i capped [Order of the Vampire] which i believed was the best idea ever.

I then found the joys of [Spiteful Spirit] BWAHAHAHA i then realized the great synchronization between in and [Insidious Parasite] and then especially made a build to take down those gay mursaat Monk bosses

I suppose [Escape], then Factions gave me [Broad Head Arrow]

On my old war [victory is mine]
On my old monk [word of healing]
On my old necro [Spiteful Spirit]

I know, I know...

I used it for a couple of months until I found Elemental Attunement.

Barrage. All my guildies helped me to get Barrage, and at that time, that was the only elite you ever needed as a ranger >.< Until factions came

I don't know which one, but if you are depending on this thread to look for a good elite because you don't know which one to use.

I suggest you use all of them and find one that you like the most.

Cuz running OotV on a ranger is totally leet amirite?

Back on topic: [marksman's wager] was the first elite I ever capped on my ranger, but even back then I realized it was pretty shit. I did use it to fuel some meteor shower shenanigans though. Then I got Barrage and didn't bother getting anything else.

It wasnt an elite, but I remember getting hit by maelstorm by a wind rider boss in the jungle while on my monk. Straight after I had to go and capture it because of how 'elite' it was.

lol, I did not know there are elite skills :P~ you may go laugh now... rofl

Second Elite I capped on my Necro was [Spiteful Spirit], which I kept on my bar for about 2 months when I wasn't MM.

Yeah, boring, I know.



But wow, was it the kitty's milk!

I thought [skill]Warrior's Endurance[/skill] was the shit when I capped it. It's still not a *bad* elite, especially if you use more energy than adren.

I used to be a pro [healing hands] warrior.

Barrage. It was the only elite i would use in PvE in the days before Factions arrived with BHA. After Nightfall it was Burning Arrow and Poison Arrow.

use to think my bar was leet - till I got to THK lol

used to run something like:

power shot; charm animal,conjure fantasm,ether fiest,troll unguent,e-surge,rez and something else - think it was another mes skill :P

Gave me my first real appreciation for damage sources other than my weapon.

It would have to be Ether Renewal. It was so much fun and so broken back in the days.
