A Monk in Need...

Hi guys (this is my first post)

I am a lvl 20 Mo/Me, i have read loads of thread + help from this site and a few others, plain and simple, i need gold. I know the best way to make this would be to make a 55hp/8hp monk and farm, which my guild m8 has started to teach me to do but my biggest problem is getting the runes...i need 4 or 5 sup monk ones, at the current rune merchant price of 9,000gp, that would cost around 40k, but i have no idea how to make this money, i have been trying to farm with a warrior today around lions arch but we cant kill any good monsters to get cash. I would prefer to solo farm but iv tried and i dont think i can do it till i have all the right stuff for my 55hp/8hp monk. Can any1 give me any good ways of earning cash or some good places to farm or even good builds/skills to solo with!

Go to Sorrow's Furnace.. one good green drop could give you that money if not twice more ++

should i go with some1 else or can i solo it? if so what build/skills would be best?

people there don't care. although I suggest you equip yourself as a WoH healer. and then just look for 5-6 man farming groups. 1-2 good drops and you'll have the needed money

you can either,
1. Farm Chests in RoF.
2. Farm Griphons, and Minotaurs.

You should try those two. thats how i earned my money to make my 55 monk.

PS: if you also wanna make money make a SS necro and farm in the UW and split the ectos, it would cost less since you only need 1 superior rune, and that rune only cost 1.3k.

heres a tip:

Get a 55 hp build (-runes) use major for the time being

go out die to the first monster and get a death penatly ok so its not as good as 55 hp constant but it works for the cash

thanks for all your help guys, after doing lots of killing i now have a 8hp monk, so i have 4sup runes, iv been farming the griffons now i just need 1 more sup rune to make my 55hp, then im gonna start doing UW

when you do UW please get a necro and bring spellbreaker! necros need love too.

SS/SV necros FTW!! i solo sometimes casue i only take guildmates w/ me on UW smite adventures!
