Farming Bo Staves?

as we all know, save the possible drop from zaishen chests (if even possible), bo staves are only found in cantha, and it seems most req9 perfect ones are found throughout earlier parts of cantha.

so does anyone know where might be the best place to farm bo staves and if possible, what kind of build would be most appropriate?

i've found bo staves for all my casting professions except necromancer, and it seems no one has a decent req9 bo staff to sell for that profession...so i'd appreciate any help on where there might be the greatest encounter with bo staves in nm OR hm (presumably the latter).

I found that bo staves drop a lot from jade brotherhood, you can try farming them in HM in wajjun bazaar

why would you want to farm bo staves? there fugly.
anyway you should try afflicted HM.

I've gotten quite a few, but they nearly always drop as 20/10 instead of fastcast for a certain attribute.

luminoire you're not the only one that likes bo staves, I've tried farming for them before but no luck Although I didn't hardcore farm but only bad thing for me is that ones that drop in factions would be non-insc, so getting one with the right mods I need for pvp would need a lot of luck. The only two ways I know to get an insc one is from zchest or from pvp weapon unlocks.

I might have a go farming some of the places people have suggested later on just for fun. Would be interested to see what kinda bo staves ppl find.

i know this isn't the place, but hell, if any of you find a maxed (any color) prot bo staff, please nab me IGN: akuma dakura.


as for what the op said, i seriously use my warrior every day trying to farm chos HM for bo staffs. dyed black, they rule the staff kingdom! them and maxed paper fans are like trying to pull teeth

Over 9 million xp and counting in minister cho's.
I have had a lot of 19/19 19/20 20/19 q9 bo's of all requirements. I also like Bo staffs, Really want one for my napolean dancing rit ^^

W/N Fastest time without Killing 2 Stationary. 5 Minutes. Killing Stationary 8 Minutes. Killing Cho himself (sometimes a chest spawns at his feet.) 12 Minutes.
