If i use arcane mimicry on someone with ursan blessing, then signet of illusions, then ursan blessing (with maxed illusion) will i be considered a r10 norn ursan?

i belive so, it works with all the other pve only skills.

Ursan isn't a Spell, SoI only works on spells, so no, it won't work.

It would also be R16 not 10, if you had 16 in illusion. I can get a lvl 24 Flame Djinn with SoI.
