Taiwanese dist was integrated to US dist few weeks ago.
Districts other than Japan can be accessed each other.
Now Japan is the only dist that not allowed to access other dist.
Edit:China and Thailand are also isolated.

Although "Open Travel" feature was annouced during January 17 update, not available yet.
There is not so much players in Japanese dist. Many Outposts are like ghost town. (only #1 dist, even in seasonal event)
It's hard to trade items, find parties, or play alliance battles.
Anet, we Japanese players want to access other dist and play with many foreign players. Give us "Open Travel" feature please.
