I know its from UW (Twin Serpent Mountains), but from what I remember this hasn't always been here (Right by the Elemental's Construct in Sunjiang District)

I kinda hoped that someone started thread about dragon skull and bones in victory-area of prohecies.

ive always remembered it during the mission and also taken notice of its, if you will, Dragon-ish-ness.
