Just posting this as I wanted to test out the new build icons...

This isn't a farm, it's meant to complete City. It's probably not the best way to complete city. But it is with an ele tank, which I think is probably the funnest (all those 0s, -3s and slivers make me smile). It's relatively fast and fairly easy to do.

Ok in general, to kill, you get agro, the melee will run out to you, then use SV and sliver, this'll pull out their Ki (monks). Then you stand beside the Ki, spam SV and Radiation (not sliver). Once they are dead, kill the melee. If you have pulled the group (stretch them out), the Tuk (ranger) have a longer range attack (the Rund have shortest). So run around group, Kill the Tuks (or keep one alive if you are clearing the Wall as they keep up QZ for you). Then Radiation the main group, and sliver when their health is low enough.

Walkthrough
Good start, 4 minutes for 1st 3 groups. Average is 5.


Gather All the groups together on this half of the doorway. Kill melee and Ki, and leave one Tuk alive, Kill the guys on the Wall. Then kill the group.


Use the groups on the other half of the doorway to kill guys on wall. Disable spirits on your heros and keep them back incase agro is broken.


For the doorway way. Gather all the groups you can, then pull them out of doorway I think there are 4 groups. Stretching them out (as is normal techinique) Kill melee and Ki,


then Tuk,


then soften up groups by spammin radiation,


when health is low enough hit sliver.


Now the doorway is cleared (20 minutes). By placing the Heros at the NPC you can gather up all the groups on this side of the doorway as one (1/2 hour). West of doorway/NPC) you'll have to do the 2 groups separate.


For bosses, streatch em out pretty far, kill em...


and repeat, If you die, they might not run back to their spawn. If you send in the non-rebirth monk as if you were pulling them, it triggers them to run back.


The Lord is last, this is where you use the stance... Stand beside him and the Rund, use SV keep up stance, and radiation don't use sliver yet.


Once they are all dead, back up and sliver to death.

Tips
Clearing the wall is a pain, be aware if you pull a group too far it'll break agro and head back to your heroes.... Also when you are running out of QZ range, it's a good idea to before hand cast OF SA, the GoS so that you can cast OF to stop your self from running.

If your prot monk, casts QZ, then Healing monk casts QZ the Healing Monk will be able to maintain QZ (kickstart). So keep QZ disabled on the Prot, and everytime you cast OF check the box for Heal to QZ.
If QZ goes down no Worries, just GoS your OF, and keep up stoneflesh, meanwhile cast QZ on your Prot to kickstart QZ again...

ok this build is some like what been used by a friend of mine and also we modded it made it faster alsot faster with a ranger/tank 1 famine ranger AND A MONK/MESMER WITH SV/AV and 1 other bonder monk


also i have a 4 man gloom build for hard also works with foundry btw whirling owns when tanking 20+things that have lots of casting does tons more dmage then silver, if you wanna see numbers and deaths go in glooms caves you can have the sv/av ranger(i use that ni gloom instead of monk) you can get everything that comes at you at cave part on you then hit whirling and with in 2 sec( lots and lots of lagg worse then anythign i have been through) the lag ends and there nothign there sometimes even you lol if there of rof is on alot of the monks

I haven't gone for speed as I've been tinkering with the build and finguring how to complete the bosses the best way.
It all depends on agro, killing one group a time = about an hour and a half, using the agro's I outlined about an hour, maybe down to 45 min with no deaths.

Without GoS you'll be relying on QZ to be constant, and clearing the last of the wall would be tricky as it's hard to get the Heros in there. Note, if you do loose QZ and cast OF, start running & get into a good position to be rezed.

Radiation field is not that essential, there are lots of skills that fit in well. I just like it's range and Damage over time to large groups.

I'd say use 'lightbringer's Gaze' instead of Radiation Field, as it would make clearing the rangers on the wall easier (interupt troll unguent). Then, 'Ether Nightmare' and barring a good rank in either, 'Clumsines' or even 'lave font'.

oh, and instead of Toxicity, perhaps
'holy veil' or 'extinguish'

EDIT: Impossible? Can never get to first Ki without dieing once...

Make sure you get close to the Ki so you can drain it, then use sliver to kill 3 melees, then sliver will target monk, which will die.

Why is Glyph here? You have 1/2 recharge all the time, I don't think you will need more... You have over 7 seconds to cast Obsi ;o More than enough.

And yeah, what to do if I don't have Radiation Field? Or maybe it's possible to do as Me/E? Probably not as effective, but I have RF on her.

Being limited to the QZ range, is a disadvantage, and can get you killed. As it stands, the build has plenty of firepower. Perhaps a running skill would be the best replacement for a E/Me if you want to drop GoS.

Me/E is a definite possibility though you'll have a problem clearing the wall. I'm not sure if the damage reduction will be enough. Since GoS won't really help you, bring armor of earth.
