I believe with the recent addition of so many hexes etc. that this skill should be re-introduced into the warrior tree, but changed so it cannot be abused by other classes.

Supposed Change: Strength Based - 1% - 50% depending on Str. Attribute. And allow Self-targeting.

Still would remain 10e and 30 second recharge. Perhaps add a shout duration instead of instant-action only triggering on current hexes.

Would be a nice addition, but I'm curious as to how they'd add in more skills.

This skill was removed before the release of Guild Wars Prophecies in 2005.

This destroys 2 classes. necro and mez. this was probably the reason it was removed in the 1st place.

50% from your hexes is alot
you'd get hex duration like on bosses in PvE
make it 20% maximum cuz 50% is way too much

I dont get why it should be "warrior only so other classes cant abuse it", mainly cause theres no real reason why warrios should abuse it? why shouldnt this be say...paragon?

Yeah, 50% is too much. 20 or even 25% would be nice. The skill would be very useful in HM areas where you get overwhelmed with hexes.
Tie it to tactics maybe? That attribute is dead and needs a useful skill.

If this ever does make its way back into the game, I'm going to agree that 20% should be the max. I mean, cutting all hexes by half with a shout is a bit overkill.

Giving this to Paragons would make more sense.

They could bring it back as a PvE unlinked skill, since it has no variable parts.
It does look like a PvE skill.

Yeah a Vanguard skill where its 10-20% from Charr and 1-10% less from others

Instead of 50%, just make it 33% and it only does it for two hexes. Easy, no?

33% instead of 50%
and
a paragon skill instead of warrior

well so far Monks and Mesmers have the most hex removal skills, Dervishes have 2 (although 1 is an elite form) and Paragons already have Hexbreaker Aria.

Hm... the Lightbringer rank has only 3 skills. It could have 5..7 more.

As a pve only skill maybe.

Wow, 50%, that's like a predator(from the movie Predator 1987) hunting down a gamer; overkill.

I think this would be a better paragon skill as opposed to warrior. It could fit nicely under Motivation

cutting a piece out of hexes their duration for all party members and unremovable effect is a bit too powerful
either PvE only or as an elite skill
