I made it by accident^ ^.

The Face was actually just a Scribble, Then whne I looked closer It looks like a Face^ ^.
Excpet for the Eyes, so then I blindfolded it^ ^.
And added the Hair and Clothing^ ^

The Arms were intentional^ ^.
I wanted to show Incompleteness to show it Complete^ ^.
