Raisu is stunningly easy with a human ele and MM. Use echo / arcane / echo to insta-nuke every one of the bosses in the mission and their mobs with Celestial Storm. You can take an enchant strip in your team for sliver armour too if you really feel you have to, but it never caused me any problems there.
Sunjiang is a PITA. Careful pulling is more important than team set up or consumables. You might find it's worth taking frozen soil just in case, as there are a couple of tricky multi-res groups. No need to use it for most of the area though.

Raisu isn't really all that bad.
Prepare to bring lots of morale boosts and DP erasers for Sunjiang.
For both places, I used Sab's Triple Necro builds with myself as BHA. The important thing about fighting Afflicted is to take out the Ritualists as fast as possible, as they are super-powerful healers. Taking out Life also helps. After the Ritualists are down, Elementalists are usually your next biggest problem, and everything else should be easy afterwards.

A guildie and I did Raisau with 2 people/6 heroes and it was surprisingly easy. He was a warrior with Ursan and I was a Searing Flames ele.
Heroes included the 3 Sab necros, Monk healer, Monk prot, and I think a second SF.
We only wiped once at the end when we split up to look for the group we missed and my guildie tried to take them on without me

Raisu Palace was so easy, it actually surprised me. Vanquished in 62 minutes, zero deaths, zero consumables.
I was playing as ranger with BHA, pain inverter (eles go insta-boom) and finish him.
3 Sab's necromancers
Henchmen was Sister Tai, the spirit guy, the earth ele. Not sure about the last, but probably Devona.
Sunjiang was a pain. 70 minutes and I had to use a powerstone.
The enemies aren't really hard, but the area design is horrible, with so many groups packed together. Long range pulling is crucial there, and you should save the Am Fah as DP remover.
Don't use melee heroes/henchmen. I used 3 necros, spirit hench, earth ele, air ele and Sister Tai.

Did Raisu with a buddy-me a warrior (I wasn't godmode at the time) and him on his Derv. Both of us used Sabway necros and steamrolled the area.
Sunjiang is pretty easy except for one area-I think it's the one with the ranger boss that presented the problem. Just use careful pulling and a conset will definitely help.
IMO if you've done the other 31 areas, those two shouldn't present a problem for you.

It's a variant of a Dragonslash build that uses DSlash to charge up the PvE skill Save Yourselves!.
The purpose of such a warrior is keep up SY! for as long as you can giving your team a huge armor buff.
They call it "Godmode" cause under the effects of SY!, the majority of damage is neglected, and in certain areas reduced to zero.

Raisu is pretty easy, if you've done the rest of Cantha, it's no big deal.
Sunjiang is a different story. I can't think of any one build that would work better than anything else, but you have to be very good at pulling or else you will suffer many deaths. More than a couple of the groups are just brutal in both size and individual guys. Possibly the hardest area in Cantha to vanquish.
