Farewell Party for Gaile and The Frog

* Made preparations for the farewell party for Gaile and The Frog.
* Beginning at Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) on Friday, April 4, 2008, special event collectors will show up in Lion's Arch, Kamadan, and Shing Jea Monastery.
* Beginning at Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) on Saturday, April 5, 2008, The Frog will show up every three hours until his final appearance at Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) on Monday, April 7, 2008.
* The special collectors for this event will remain until the end of the farewell party at Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) on Monday, April 7, 2008.

General

* Added the second set of winning weapons and items from the 2007 Guild Wars Design-A-Weapon Contest.

Guild vs. Guild

* Updated Automated Tournament map rotations.

I'm gonna miss Gaile.

But on the other hand, i can't wait for the party.

She's not really going anywhere....I'm sure she might log on once in a while if she can.

if you add to that the new weapons.....

I'm kinda sad to see Gaile go and wish someone at least as good as her replaces her.

I'm glad that the new weapons are already here.

They shoulda released the frog scepter for Gaile's celebration (woulda been fitting).

Not even a set of skill nerfs to send her off. How dissapointing.

Though it's send off for two people, a bit sad and a bit joyous. As it stands, I'm looking forward to the new weapons.

The frog has recently been taken out of the towns too? I haven't checked for him in a while, but after this update i notice he is not in Shing Jea / Kamadan/ Lions Arch.

isn't the frog really Gaile? Also, what's Gaile's new job does anyone know? If she's working on GW2 we can expect to see a lot more bee fireworks

Shouldn't it be a little more sad that she's leaving? I don't know, I guess giving a party to someone who's leaving makes sense. But w/e as long as I can max my party animal title

I think the party will be a blast, besides, she's just leaving her job position last time I checked - not leaving A-Net fully.

Looks like they are killing off the Frog for good (as it was kinda Gaile in the first place). Ether that or they didnt want 2 versions appearing in towns (the small Frog and the event Frog).

Hmmmm....does this mean if we get a new CR to replace Gaile we also get something like The Rabbit to replace The Frog?

She's moving to Customer Support.

Well considering Alex never got one. I doubt they will do one for Andrew.
