What do you do on Guild Wars now?

I havent played for some months now. I guess I am in another hiatus period, maybe this time for good. Mostly I just make it as far as seeing what is going on in the forums.

i walk around towns...
sometimes i do a CoF run...
sometimes i just open gw, go to the character screen and i think about what i could do... yeah....!

Have you ever heard the song “The Thrill Is Gone,” by the incredibly gifted B.B. King? Since that’s how I feel about GW now. I really don’t do anything at times, other than just talk to old friends and guild mates. I did that whole “GW new years resolution,” thing already by getting all my 10 toons through EotN (which almost drove me nuts), and got at least one set of ascended armor for all my toons. Furthermore, I have completed every campaign with my toons. As for “farming and title hunting”, it’s a complete waste of time until (maybe) GW 2 comes out. I am sorry, but I am not going to set myself up for a huge disappointment, when I find out HoM means even less then what everyone is hoping for.

I am hoping for something different in the near future to tie me over. Until then I will be in this mode for the time being. Enjoy.

Gotta get 15 more titles and fill out my HoM. This weekend, I did some HA, and this week, I'll hopefully get to doing more vanquishing and exploring of Elona, as well as a little bit of HFFF on the side.

Play for fun the exact same thing I did on day 1 when the servers went live.

ive yet to get to people know me on any character. was working on it at one time but got bored playing the same character day in and day out. it was my very first character i ever made. i turned him into a mule and remade him. im now on my way to 10 triple protectors(one of each profession) have completed 3 and 2 are close. i like playing different characters and cant come to dedicate my time to play only one in a chase for GWAMM. if i did nothing but play a single character i would of found a new game to play a year ago. switching to different characters atleast keep stuff interesting enough to keep playing.

Farm, Grind, or don't sign on.

Farming glad points for my last feasible HoM PvP statue. And thinking about which last title to buy to get me to GWAMM.

I pretty much only show up for holiday events and to check for Bday presents these days. Playing Hellgate: London mostly.

Wielding 2 swords was entertaining for a few weeks, but the same maps over and over got boring very quickly. Not to mention the fact you can explore most maps in 5-10 minutes.

Lawl, you sound a little overly-heated today. Anyway, I did get tired of the game a week or two after launch and just recently started playing again because of all the newly added updates. It does have substantially more replayability than GW though. I don't remember that much hype at all though...

I think I'll move into The Agency when it's released, looks very promising.

I visited that Hellgate site, where they'd been hyping it since 2005/2006 :x

Mythos looks ok for a freebie. I'm not paying to play again. Not enough time to grind the fed-ex quests they all come with.

Titles, Making Money, And moving into the world of PvP.

If I do log on, it's mostly sitting in Shing Jea doing nothing. Sometimes I'll play for 20 minutes finishing up random quests or missions on one of my alts, or trying to up a title on my main. Not much else though.

Roleplaying, vanquishing, grinding titles sometimes. Most of the time I just idle.

I'm vanquishing, and trying to find a way to solo FoW with just three heroes. Reasonably successful at both.

Although right at the moment I'm bored to tears because Chakk Schawakk Klakk (or whatever his wacky name was), the excessively patrolling hydra boss, is somewhere in Vulture Drifts and I just can't find the mofo.

I heard they like to roleplay in Second Life. You can even buy your pixel GF a house for real money!
