I think it will be a a great asset for the game beacause i't isn't inplented to guidwars yet and i think dual wield, is handy (and looks cool with some glowing weapons.)
The Blademaster is somewhat like a warrior.
It can use Dual wield and uses light armor , because of the dual wield it uses combo's to attack(somewaht like assasin combo.) and because of the light armor it can attack with speed. It's like a KillerBee One sting isn't deadly enough but more stings and you are dead.
Damager/Supporter because you can make combo's that will kill the enemy and combo's that will weaken them.
As i already said it uses light armor.
The energy level is mid energy both used for weakening and damage.
It is melee with the weapons:
main hand: Long/shorts swords , Axes
Second hand: short sword, dagger, smaller axe.
A skill could be X-cross: you cross you're weapons above you're head and then let them come down with some high speed.
another skill could be wield the swords in an arrowshape /O\ and that make a sprint attack that does damage to enemy's in the way of you're path
I'am sorry if the name is already taken, when it is Please say it.

something like this is it not worth to be an own class.
Dual wielding weapons is a gameplay mechanic, that can simple be given to the warrior hopefully in Guild Wars 2.
Nothing totally special about it, that gives it a reason to be something for a complete new profession.... any warrior can be a blademaster >.>, when sacrificing the Shield therefore
