The Most Underrated Armor Thread

I'll start with a few in which i believe are underrated

1. Sacred- In my opinion this is a very nice monk set
2. Mesmer Tyrian (Stylish)- I think this is a very unappreciated armor set
3. Warrior Tyrian- I think it has a nice medieval look to it
4. Warrior Elite Dragon- I think this armor is amazing, fairly good detail and a nice skin
5. Ranger Tyrian/Leather- To me this set feels like a ranger set, a little simple yet good looking

Luxon armor, in general, I find to be pretty underrated. All the sets are awesome.

1.5k Luxon for female Mesmers.

lol i use all these 3, sacred was my first choice for my female monk, in black it highlights it nicely.
does this make me under-rated? lol

i also like the elite canthan male warrior armour, but its not that common compared to some elite armour types.

15k Bonelace

One of the few armours that look good dyed black.

Female Mesmer Primeval - It more Mesmery than most of their crap.
Female Warrior Ancient - Seriously, this armor is rules. Not too reavealing, but not too tin can.
Elite Profane - just looks cool.
Male Rangers Elite Luxon - Just doesn't get the praise it should.
Female Dervish Ancient - I think it's cute damn it.
Assassin FoW - That's right folks, a FoW set being underrated, nearly unheard of, but I think this is the best looking sin armor in the game.
Female Warrior knightly/templar - best non elite warrior armor in my opinion.

Just because you have Sacred doesn't mean it is not an underrated armor set, i have it too...

Obviously someone is going to have one of the armor sets mentioned...

Furthermore-in my opinion I feel that it is an underrated set, wether you agree or not, well frankly i do not care. (Same goes for the other 2 sets you have)

Elementalist Krytan Female Armor.
White, with 'wings' and can be dyed gold.
It matches perfectly with a White Moa.

Nothing, absolutely nothing is better than that.

1k female rit kurzick

Necromancer Ascalon armour. I don't see it worn often, but it sure makes a girl's legs look good.

In truth, partically every (or at least most) 1K armors are underrated.

Female warrior 1k plate!
Without helm tho

Warrior tyrian for males. Beautiful. One of the few sets that doesn't make you look fat.

Also, Assassin Shing Jea is really sweet for guys, everything else has too many blades and shit

Aaaaaaaand Necromancer Krytan is gorgeous.

15k Canthan Elite Ranger Armor Male
15k Elite Fur lined ranger armor Male

I got both of those sets for my ranger. Dyed it all white and both armors look amazing. I must get in my opinion.

These armors just dont get the praise they should.

I think some of the Tyrian armors are among the best looking in the game and are generally taken for granted.

Tryian Necro (male) is a diehard favorite of mine.

you are sooo right, i tell that to everyone i see with the armor :P (it's so rare anyways but meh)

1k Monk Canthan -Male. I have looked at all other monk armours, and I do not believe that any look as good as it does.

However my favourite armour set of all time is still Male Warrior Elite Kurzick. Zhou will probably be wearing it until GW 2

1k warrior Istani armour ~ dyed a mix of 1 green and 1 purple ~ looks like old black.

most of my characters run in either the tryian starter armour style, or the collector style...

but battlemages armour for my ele (canthan in new names) looks cool
