Builds any good?

Well my friend told me to try these builds for a Derv/me:

D/me UW solo:
Inspiration magic:5 Scythe mastery:12 Wind Prayers:7 Earth prayers: 8 Mysticsm:6+1 = 7.

Pious Haste,Mystic Sweep,Victorious Sweep,Mystic Regeneration,Mystic Vigor,Rending Aura,Physical Resistance,Zealous Vow


D/me all purpose(all derv skills)

Scythe Mastery : 9 Earth Prayers:12 Mysticism : 9+1 =10

Vow of strength,Aura of holy might,Mystic regen,conviction,Vital boon,Signet of pious light,Faithful intervention,Sunspear signet.

(He said that using first two skills does more dmg that most of the attack skills?)

Lastly the:

D/me running build:

Wind Prayers: 10 Earth Prayers: 10 Mysticism:11+1=12

Faithful intervention,Watchful intervention,Featherfoot grace,Vow of silence,Vital boon,Mystic Regen,Enchanted haste,Harriers haste.

Any things needed to fix these builds up or are they all bad?

BTW: I don't have EOTN and cant get kurz/lux skills for awhile like the aura of holy might.Also still planning on putting minor runes into equipment later.

The attributes are kinda wrong on the Vow of Strength build. You'll do more damage if you put 12 in scythe and 9 in earth. And it's lacking an IAS.

And you don't need 3 running skills on your running build. Enchanted and one of the others will be enough. (There are much better running builds out there btw)

I dunno about the farming and running builds...
But the general use build is really bad.

The farming build we can't judge as being "good". It either works or it doesn't.

For running, you should go /A and alternate dark escape & dash with dwarven stability. Seeing as you don't have EOTN, stick harrier's haste in the cycle or something.

But the general build, well.. it's bad. And VoS doing more damage than attack skills?

I also don't get why you're /Me whilst not using any mesmer skills. Me is a bad choice for derv, and you could atleast go /W for wild blow, or /R on the VoS build and take heket's rampage.

By the way, Aura of Holy Might is the same for Luxon and Kurzick. I'm guessing you have the Luxon one.

Any alternatives for Aura of Holy Might?Considering I do not have that yet,as well as isnt Avtar of Lyssa better than mel?

No avatar is better than Melandru. Lyssa is pretty good, and doesn't require as much energy so I use it quite a bit though.
