After reading every post in this thread, I have come to hate the word "text".

Why do you hate the text? The text has shown you nothing but love and affection. You've broken the text's heart you cruel bastard. The text now wishes it never met you and is crying in the corner. SEE WHAT YOU"VE DONE TO THE TEXT!?!? WON'T YOU EVER THINK OF THE TEXT!?

You have to farm for books, and the best of all of them, the Dictionary. Better do it in HM where letter drops at double rate

goodness with random drops of Chocolate Bunnies and Golden Eggs in all the lands of Tyria.

Nice weekend idea. Random text drops, letters, chinese symbols and numbers. Any text you find can be used to create a new character name and/or guild name.

I do not care much for text, I'm more of a visual person.

My friend pointed me to this tool called Textmod to change the text into images. Anyone has any insight on it? I would like to get it up and running before this fun weekend.

Not meaning to ruin the good fun in this thread, but anyone else notice this event is running 12 fewer hours than most weekend events? One can only hope the drops will last as long after it 'ends' as they did this past weekend. Or perhaps the 12-hour cut is to make up for the extra clover/ale drops?
