Honestly there really is no need for ANY healing. All you do is cast your hexes and such on him from the other side of the wall. Then Necrotic Transversal over to gather your drops. I believe the Great Big Necro farm thread is the build I use.
Awaken the Blood
Spoil Viktor
Mark of Subversion
Price of Failure
Empathy
Shatter Enchant
Necrosis
Necrotic Transversal
Basically as the build is posted there, set hardmode, run outside, and over the the opening next to his alcove. Cast Awaken the Blood, then Spoil Viktor, Mark of Subversion (to stop his Healing Breeze), Price of Failure, Empathy, Necrosis as wanted. If you missed his Healing Breeze, cast Shatter Enchantment, then continue to spam Necrosis. This run takes 1minute at most, you can repeat it ad nauseum as it is simple and will net you tons of his green and Elite Monk tomes.

I'd give this build a 5/10. It does what it's supposed to do.
On the other hand, I could run 3 miles to school everyday. But I catch the bus, because it's easier, faster, and makes more sense.
My point? Why go though all that work, when you can just hide behind a wall, cast two spells, watch him die, then use the third to get your drops.

Please Don't Type Like This; It Is Very Annoying.
5/10 because it works, but it is only average. I like X/N as Antithesis pointed out because it's far simpler and more effective.
@Lord Diviner: What is Reckless Haste for? I'm assuming you do this in HM, and you can not increase Byzzr's attack rate further if that is the case.

Basically in so many posts, we have all said the build you posted will work, but you are doing an awful lot of work, with many of those skills that you could easily overcome with other builds that are better at it. It's always tough trying to come up with effective builds that work well, but it's guaranteed any of the builds you have seen us all post have been revised and refined many times to get to the point that they are what they are. It is better for you to experiment than to just suck up everyone elses build. If it wasnt for that type of experimentation none of the builds posted around would be possible.
