The Character Select Screen Idea

Ok, when the GWEN title screen came, I was like "Cool music." What I didn't like was the "Night" active backdrop and the breath coming out of the characters mouth. It's a cool change but it gets boring.
Notice Before you say anything, yes, this was posted about "Altering title screens." This is "Character Select" Here is my idea.

• The title screen would be the same or whatever but when you log in, it would have all of your characters set as a NPC, like Hero's.
• They will have the set skills that you had in game. Like if you had a warrior with "Power Attack" The character in select screen will have Power Attack.
• The characters will be fighting Charr, Tengu or Am Fah ETC. (Selectable)
• If you have 3 warrior's, a Monk plus 2 Elementalists and say 12 assassins. The enemies you will be fighting will have 3 warrior's, a monk plus two Elementalists and say 12 assassins tengu with their own set skills.
• As you select through your characters you can see their spells, health, energy Etc. and just watch.
• Having a 16vs16 match with your awesome characters skills vs. Am Fah with there skills = a cool match.
• If you had a level one character, it's health and armor will be preset etc.
• What would be cool is to have selectable fights. If you want 4 characters to only fight, they will only fight while the rest stays out.
• As you progress through the game, more battles can be selected like arenas and species your fighting.

If you still don't understand, look at this -

Now imagine that with your characters fighting the same number in a Charr brawl. It would be cool wouldn't it? Defiantly beat the stupid character select screen.

Another Idea I have in mind is to have a in game mode in the Guild Hall or whatever and you can select your characters as Heroes. But that's another thing. That most likely been talked about.

No, the character select screen is when your characters (As NPC's) fighting

If i had to ask for a minor change, i would ask to be able to see ALL my characters at once.

good idea but definately not for the char select screen.
something for Observer Mode maybe?

I would love to see all my 20 unique characters fighting as a team!

It would be very sweet to see yes but the laoad times for the character screen would be to great. But i do agree there should be a way to watch that lol.

This would be a fun option, but not as a character selection screen. As a side option to use as a screensaver, sure.

Sounds like you got the idea from whenever you wait for the stage to set on Brawl (SSBB) online you get to punch the sandbag with whoever you picked as your character.

Screensaver would be nice, definitely not for character select. Also, just imagine the implementation effort on this.

It's a creative and interesting idea, but it sounds too complex for a loading screen.

Not sure how your creativity (or lack thereof) in naming your characters is a good argument against this, but ok.

Honestly, it just sounds like the Mii screen on the Wii...so no thanks.
