It seems sort of frivolous to run Tactics now even in PvE.
Soldier's Strike - hard to meet condition now, so Power attack is pretty much better
Wary Stance/Shield Stance - maybe...if you don't want to bring an IAS or speed boost...it's still "tank" skills
Healing Signet - Lion's comfort is more efficient and has minimal adrenaline strain now that it returns adrenaline
Watch Yourself - nerfed so hard, it is such an adrenaline strain
Shields Up! - wasn't worth running on a warrior to begin with given the 10 energy cost
Fear Me! - nerfed
Retreat/Charge! - might as well bring a Paragon with Fall Back
To the Limit! - enraging charge provides unconditional adrenaline
Auspicious Parry - doesn't work against caster groups
Balanced stance - situational on area, or for running with Charge
Bonetti's Defense/Defensive Stance/Deflect Arrows/Disciplined Stance - turns off all damage capability, more or less
Ripostes - most areas do not consist only of melee, so it is relegated to farm builds
Steady Stance/Soldier's Stance/Gladiator's Defense - waste of elite slot most of the time
Victory is Mine -- waste of elite all the time (bring Flourish)
Desperation Blow/Drunken Blow - russian roulette attack skill
Soldier's Defense - hard to upkeep now
Soldier's Speed - sprint is better after buff
Thrill of Victory - horrible
the last reason to use Tactics (Watch Yourself) on a warrior disappeared I think.
Is there any reason to run Tactics anymore?

Buhbai Tactics, we'll miss yer... the irony is focused anger +Spear of fury was a better way to fuel Save yourselves
edit: or if not running focused anger, for great justice + enduring harmony

Nope, Tactics is pretty much dead for the most part. I already removed my now-unused minor tactics rune from my armor and sold it.
Which brings up an interesting question.....
For the first time ever, my Warrior now has an available rune slot.
For the time being I just threw a +10hp Vitae rune in there, but I'm curious if it might be a better idea to go with a condition reducing rune instead, such as the one that reduces blindness by 20%.
I'm curious for your thoughts on this: +10hp Vitae rune or condition reducing rune?

Was there ever a reason to run tactics? For a PvE warrior, watch yourself was pretty much the only good skill, and when NF was introduced, paragons were better with WY then warriors.

Soldiers strike was good vs blockers (I prefer jaihanzu). Heal Sig wasn't bad if you didn't spec in str. Now you can't use the strike very well and LC got a decent buff.

Changing targets has always been better vs blockers. So has having party members counter blockers. Healing signet was never that great in PvE, because you'd have to fall back to use it or use it in the frontline and risk getting more damage done to you.

My Guild-mates seem to be split on this.
Let's say you get blinded for 10 seconds. The rune reduces it to 8 seconds. That's only 2 seconds less. And then there's the possibility of it being removed by the monk/s before then anyway, meaning that it did nothing for you.
So is that occasional ~2 seconds less of blind really worth losing the permanent +10hp from the Vitae rune.
Some say yes, some say no. I don't know where I stand yet.
LifeInfusion obviously says yes (thanks for your input BTW
).
Anyone else with any input on this issue?
NOTE: This is strictly a question for PvE, btw.
