Suggestion to dishonorable.

Overall I support it, but it needs one simple change:

Leaving has no effect when only one of your teammates are alive.

Its still possible for people to run around and extend matches longer then they need to be. There is no reason a person shouldn't be allowed to leave a fight that is already lost.

or maybe a /report Griephing feature. If reports are even looked at and taken seriously.

the runners are the ones that get ya every time... although anet will probably come up with some sensible reason to not add this feature.

if you have an idiot kid sitting around pull out a book or minimize GW. If you change dishonorable, people will try to exploit to get around it.

No. People must stand and fight to the very end, even if there is no hope and no res skills left.

They did come up with a reason when they added Dishonorable, it's called a "Timer" If you can't deal with a griefer for 8 minutes, than take it upon yourself to bring a snare, or find a good book if you don't want to do anything about it yourself and would like ANet to fix all your problems for you.

Complain when there are no solutions, not because your lazy and impatient

I would rather see harsher punishment for griefing, preferably including a permanent account ban for chronic offenders.

Also, if you can't use ranged DoTs to reliably kill, a basic RA staple for any character entering should be a speed buff, a speed debuff, or a knockdown.

We're talking about the people in RA when, say, your team has 3 dead, no rezzes yet, and the guy is a R/Mo or something with Mending and Storm Chaser. He just runs around for 9 minutes because the other team doesn't have speed buffs or snares, and if you leave, you get dishonorable. The other team doesn't want to leave, because it's their 10th in a row, the runner doesn't want to leave because he thinks he's the funniest person alive.

No one takes "Valor" and "Honor" seriously in a video game anyway. When we're the last one alive in RA, no one goes "I must retain my valor and stand and fight like a true warrior for my ancestors!!!! For Balthazar!!!!!" except for like, 9 year olds.

On a different note, I hate it in AB when you're playing like, a sin or something, and you use your combo, and go somewhere else to recharge/regen, and every time, some Wammo on the other team says "STOP RUNNING N00BBBBBB!" Yea, like I'm going to fight a Warrior with my 70 AL assassin with 8 recharging skills....

I've actually had my whole team dead and won 3v1 before. I mean, its not common (I'm not leet or something, my build just countered the other 3 guys very well and was able to grind them down) but it can happen. Now, don't you want to stick around to see that happen?

I don't know about the report griever option...
At some times I had to run around for a minute for all my skills and energy to recover then I kill the last two guys against me.
I wouldn't really like that if I were to be reported for trying to recover for a minute.

Agreed. Too many people in RA don't know the difference between running around to grief, and kiting.
