I'll tell you what, it's so simple you can use it straight off the bat. I did that, they gave me the build, and I soloed the bone pits for them right then.
Glyph of Swiftness, Obsidian Flesh, Stoneflesh Aura, Armor of Earth (somewhat optional), Aura of Restoration, Stone Striker, Mantra of Earth, Sliver Armor
12+3+1 (or 12+1+1) earth
~10 in inspiration
rest in energy storage

If you use Essence, take out Glyph insert Arcane Mimicry.
Easiest build to run as long as you don't do something stupid, like let Obs Flesh run out
