Is this a common/working build for UW farming (with SS N)?

It's more-or-less for the overly cautious.

Yea you can kill up to 3 nightmares by yourself with 1 copy of spellbreaker with the average atribs. Assuming everyone takes 3 hits to kill. Then you add the necro into helping you wand. I prefer /w for bonneti's def when I 55. And Mantra when I 600.

Ya Echo SB is a bit overkill. Much better off with something else like blessed signet for energy or what not.

Echo SB is really only used if you're interested in clearning the Chaos Planes, Bone Pits, or Spawning Pools, you're best off switching Arcane Echo out for Mantra of Resolve or Shield of Absorption...refer to the "Art of the Underworld" thread if you're interested in seeing a nicely balanced 55 build for basic UW
