Agreed on Adam Sandler for main lead. There's a guy who can guarantee fail almost as well as Nick Cage.
Ben Affleck isn't as much an embodyment of fail as those two, but he's close.

The risk I see with putting that much suckage into one movie is that it'll implode into a black hole, devouring Earth and possibly the entire universe.

Christina Ricci is spot on. A small girl tormented by everything she's encountered. Just perfect.

But Christina Ricci (like som of the other suggestions, e.g. Thurman and DeVito) is a good actor, and unlike Ben Affleck and Ron Jeremy doesn't belong in an Uwe Boll movie.
