replace reckless haste (which is useless in HM anyway) with necrosis and you got a build that was around guru over a year ago..

Yeah. Cool people have interest in Mesmer farming places, but Byzzr is the easiest boss to farm. ANY class can farm him, just x/N or x/Me and you're ready to go.

Easy farm.. As said, any prof could do it tbh.
