My account has been Banned!!

Oh my god!!! My main account has been banned permanently and I did absolutely nothing wrong!

This is my devotee of wisdom and the character I was going to make the leader of the guild that united all of my accounts!

File a support ticket requesting the reason for your ban. If you were erroneously banned, hopefully support will correct the situation.

Contact support, that's all we can say to you before this thread gets locked.

There isn't much we can do here, send a request of why you got banned and such to a-nets suppose, they may be able to sort things out.

Also, some people have been dumb enough to go around spamming in all chat that one of the gold/service sellers are scammers. Their name in your chat = ban, context does enter into Anet's autoban bots (which doesn't exist, according to Anet) consideration.

?? what are you doing here then, should you not be screaming at NC-soft support (atleast they can do something about it, if it suits them)

All 6 of my accounts have been banned. All 6 of them. I can't get into support!

Did you buy unid'd golds to get your wisdom title? Cause maybe you bought them off bots, and that's why you were banned. Dunno. Hard to tell with no facts. Contact support like they said, you should be able to open a ticket.

Btw, they DO give you a reason when you log on. Try to read and then post it here and see what did you do.

I think NCSoft requires you to prove you own the accounts by providing them with your CD keys, or so I've read here on Guru. Good luck with support, and make sure not to let your support ticket close.
