Black Dye = Charr Blood???

I have come to this idea because of a recent surge in drops of black dye(for myself and a few guild mates) from charr and in charr related areas. And I know somewhere within the lore the Charr's are said to have blackish blood. I just saw this as a connection and a possiblity. Would be one way for ascalonians to mock the charr, by colouring their armor with the blood of their dead.

Discuss.

Kalle not you aswell......

This isnt lore. Black Dye is a random drop. I got some from a Mantid once and then the next day i got some again. Does that mean Black Dye is Mantid Blood? does it mean i am taunting the Mantids when i wear black armor? no it doesnt.

I like to pretend the Zaishen Chest is really a transformer named Toby that has space aids, because one day I got a tribal axe from it.

I bet if I used frozen burst next to it, it would short out and I would kill the Zaishen Chest. Good idea ye?

I got a black dye from a hulking stone elemental. They have no blood as they are made of rock. What does this mean! Arrgh!!!

Gah, you get them bottled. So there must be a Black Dye factory somewhere. Probably some Kaineng backstreet sweatshop.

This is even funnier than the original post idea. I like to think any items a beasty has are because they have killed someone and though "OOOOOOOH shiney/soft/smells nice"

If it was logical you wouldn't have to be clever to think about it... right?

And why can't mantis have charr blood in a dye? I mean it's way logical that mantis would make dye vials!!!

from this quest http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/To_Dye_For
i think that dyes are made from different kinds of plants and black dyes are made from rare plants with black petals
that's more logic don't you think?
