OK, here's a question....Did the quests, got the lunar tokens, traded for fortunes, ended up with a very intoxicated acting (I know it's not actually drunk, just same visuals) War walking around babbling to himself, no rat. I would like to get the mini just for shits and giggles but don't really want to have to buy one at some inflated price. How does one go about amassing lunar fortunes without subjecting ones self to Roller Beetle, which seems to have many problems of it's own as I see many many complaints about it already? I see in the guide 2 things that contradict themselves, in one place it says Rats can ONLY be obtained from fortunes but in another place it says if all dishes for feast are prepaired then a Rat will be given... which is it? Suppose I was expecting more, this is only my 2nd event in GW, the first was Wintersday which I really enjoyed. Suppose I could just leave my toon on a 9 rings circle and be AFK for the weekend, kinda defeats the purpose of playing the game though, too bad.

Does it have to be the Naga in Haiju Lagoon? Or can we use the lower level ones?

Never seen low level ones drop Hide, and the biggest number of them can be found in Haiju Lagoon.

The low level Naga in Sunqua Vale drop Naga Hides. Just outside Tsumei Village.. wand them to death with 1hit.

not dropping for me either and ive been all over tyria and cantha.

You will NOT get a Rat or any mini or Hat at the finale. Look and Read the first page of the Guide (Statement from Gaile) It will be something new we never seen before!

Is it just me, or are Tangled seeds extremely hard to get?

Depends on were you have look'd?

A good way to get them is in The Falls where you do a Totem farm run, since 2-4 Life Pod's (Drops Tangled Seeds) spawn at each Root Behemoth.

Gahh, Ingredient farming is very annoying.
i just hope people out there are farming for ingredients... and don't just leech off the few that have.
Im trying to get at least 3 of every item.. and they just aren't dropping.

Yeah, low level nagas definately drop hides. Damn Kraken eyes seem impossible to get, always have seemed to be that way. I remember when I tried to get 5 or so for some collector weapon, but now even one seems unreal.

The festival quests cant be done by characters below lvl 5.
