Farming Festival Items

Assuming sparklers drop this festival, go with Raptor Nestling farming in NM. Got (and tossed) hundreds of them yea sold to some guy in town that was buying at 20g each, smart bastard!

Step 1:Make a Factions Character.
Step 2:Get this quest:http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Fire_in_the_Sky
Step 3:Finish the quest, put the stuff in storage.
Step 4elete the character and repeat step 1-4.
Step 5:???
Step 6:PROFIT

You get 4 of each firework, some gold, and some lunar tokens BUT AT THE HORRIBLE PRICE OF GLITTERING DUST, NOOO.

EDIT: Just noticed you get 300 gold, enough to buy 10 piles? I could see this self perpetuating.

argh.. I'm bad timing impersonated.. a week ago I spent like 700 sparklers
and loads of other stuff to clear out some storage space.. gg Skinny. Me too and a lot friends of mine also

i sold about 10 pigs last week for 2k each now i am very f-ed There's an enormous whinefest in Riverside about that topic, feel free to contribute to it there.

So we have to have factions and be on a factions character in order to do the events outside of the big praty thingy?

They didn't say it was locked to that, for drops at least. You need to have Factions to participate in the Canthan New Year's celebrations.
The character doesn't need to be created in Factions.
Festival items usually drop in all campaigns.

Luckily I had a lot saved in advance but I did run out lol
