Hi wheres a good spot to farm dwarwen points for the title?

Arachni's Haunt is a good place too. There's so many spiders & bosses. Not that fast cleared
though as snowman is.

What if i did the quest already to get to the secret lair can i still get back to there?

Snowman is probably the quickest way, if you can take doing the same dungeon over and over again.

I concur - use search next time - it does work!

Anyways I would recommend you do all the dungeons and quests in HM first, then just farm TSLotS in HM for the last remaining points.
