i've been playing Ele with 1 monk hero and 2 other SF eles (me aswell SF) i was wondering what would be a good combo with me as a Dervish? what type of hero? what sort of synergy could i get (general PvE)

Don't forget the awesome power of Splinter Weapon. Splinter-Scythes make for nice spikes if you can hit multiple foes.

Can be used on a Rit hero, or a N/Rt.

it looks good (i think, dont know much about necro skills) but wouldnt it be better to swap out one necro for a monk?

the necro/rt is your healer/prot type, if that's what you're looking for. Think monk with his own personal battery for energy. It's /Rt not /Mo because most monk heals are underpowered without divine favor.

Notice that these builds do best when you're fighting lots of baddies -- hard mode, glint's challenge, big packs. They're horrible for things like, for instance, The Great Destroyer.
