How far would you be willing to go?

This thread was inspired by what has happened with the 117, but is not based on it. I am not one of them, none of my friends are.

This is not a plea pro 117, nor an attack.

I'm just curious. I keep thinking, what would I do? how far would I go? if this was me. If my account was banned... the thought makes me sick.

So this is the scenario... IMAGINE that your account was banned. How far would you be willing to go to get it back?

Please don't post "I didn't do anything, it wasn't an exploit, I didn't know..." This thread is NOT about the 117. It's about the rest of us, IF our account was banned.

3- As a bonus... PLEASE.... - Strip all my characters of armor, weapons, gold. Please leave my Holiday Hats and my titles ( if possible, or keep the titles, but please leave my hats).

4- If I am allowed to come back, I will ....... - never, ever, ever go anywhere anything that doesn't look right.

I'd fire off a few e-mails, but if I had gotten banned when I knew I did nothing wrong and no one would listen...

I'd find something else to do and probably never buy another NC Soft product out of spite.

It would suck to be perma banned, i'd live but then again i haven't grinded 30 max titles or anything like that.

I would bitch and moan for a while, and then get over it. Life WILL go on!

I would probably offer to buy back my account at retail value, (Proph, Factions, Nightfall and EotN).

still dont get why ppl that put 1000s of hours into their game would endanger it in the first place

Well I was permabanned during the duping thing for trading and getting duped ectos, which I guess I should of realized wasn't legit, but anyone would of took the offer I was given and since it was all armbrace talk. (Just some background) Anyways.

1- What extraordinary action would you take?- Couple of emails, there is no convincing them aside from legal threats.

2- Instead of a Permanent Ban .... - Take all the ectos from me, my money (which wasn't much anyway, invested it all in diamonds so take those). Whatever else.

3- As a bonus... PLEASE.... - Leave my titles.

4- If I am allowed to come back, I will ....... - Never trade again. Haha.

But I just PvP on my friends account that I kind of made mine since he is off to WoW and other things. So it's all good.

I'd post endless threads about it on fan sites so that I could ensure that any sympathy or good will I may have engendered would never take shape and I would be eternally outcast and despised by my fellow players.

Seriously, it's a goddamn video game. I'd go maybe three or four feet unless I had to get out of bed. My time is worth a lot more than that to me.

same, and in addition convince my guildies to dump GW and move on to the next game with me so we can continue to play as a guild.

...although I'm tempted to do that at the moment without being banned.
