Yes, I know the Wintersday Chest is in Secret Lair of the Snowmen. However, your screenshot shows a bunch of 'Witchblade picks up XXX' lines, and no city chat. However, you are not in the Secret Lair, you are in Kamadan (it appears). You loaded long enough to open inventory and take the pet out. You have local, guild/alliance, trade, and emote chats turned off? There are no people, so what district were you in, as Kamadan is packed this time of year. Even post event people are still sitting afk.
