Things to do before deleting a toon

I'm deleting a mature toon again, and I'm wondering if there is anything I'm forgetting to do.

so, things there are to do before deleting a toon:
Remove all armor, weapons, bags, and belt pouch.
Remove armor and runes from heroes.
Use hero skill points to unlock any locked skills.
Get on-time items a toon can get: the -50hp focus if Tyrian, mini moa, gold brassknuckles...
Get hidden treasures.
Use skillpoints to craft consumables.

Nah, I pretty much quit after salvaging the armor/weapons/runes. :P

I merch anything that can't be used on other toons. I also salvage the armor so that it doesn't take up room in storage and sell the runes because if I am deleting the character chances are I won't make another one of the same proffesion.

Ahh, you just reminded me i forgot the bags when i deleted my sin yesterday, damnit lol.
I forgot heroes too ;\ Don't think i had anything on them though :|

you could transfer skill points if you have eotn , depends how old your char is though...

keep it to get your birthday presents,if you have the space that is.

Okay i think i'm going to hit myself, forgot about that too when i deleted it.. ah well.

I would just make sure you got everything out of your inventory as you posted as well as salavaging your armour and thanks for reminding if I do this about heros.I just go and get some cheap beginner armour to replace the good set with.

Turn in skill points? Already have over 1000. Aren't hero skill points account wide?

you need to go LA or Kamadan and yell "WTB > 1 Regular Tomb". I guess that's what those "tombs" are for

Hero skill points are per-character.

There is only one thing to do before deleting a toon:

1. Buy new character slot so you don't have to delete all of your time and effort.

noo, i should of read this thread today, I just deleted my paragon

What did you forget to remove? Hero weapons?

damit....lost my bags......

edit: damit....I had unused hero points...and my mini Titan...noooooo

As mentioned before, always check the age. Weigh the balance of new character vs. ability to get a new mini.

If the character is, say, 5 months old, then it's no big deal, you haven't even gotten your 1st year pet yet. If the character is say, 13 months old, then it's a harder decision. It's a longer time to get another pet, but then again, it'll be a second year pet.

just send all useless stuff to merchant and keep any usefull stuffs

and make sure the inventory is empty with nothing it in then delete
