when using a skill like reaper sweep does the damage and deep wound apply to all the foes the scythe hits or just the one you are targetting and the other foes take regular damage 'cause otherwise this would be a awesome skill for PvE

Generally the effects of an attack skill apply to all enemies hit by it, unless the attack skill states otherwise. That said, its hard to get DW on multiple targets with Reaper's Sweep, since they would all have to be under 50% hp. The +damage is great though.

Reapers sweep puts out awsome dmg but getting the deepwoud effect is kinda bitch specially with the way things die in PVE
