IMO although it has limit use, it still looks quite powerfull, with this skill you could spike a target under somesort of a defensive buff while using stuff that normally should have been blocked. You could for instance daze a target (I suppose there is no skill that is unblockable and dazes at the same time) and mabye even confuse your enemy for a second or 2 (while he wonders where that daze came from).
