The event features tend to be added gradually - eg; when I was on earlier the NPC to give you access to the Underworld fights against Snowmen wasn't there yet. He may be now, I'm not in game at the moment.

Just wait a while, they'll probably turn up.

If that is the case, then at the very least it'll stop the prats who take advantage of the grentches getting stuck, standing there afk all day with a present preventing the rest of the district from joining in.

Read last year's Winterday's event highlights to find out. He's refering to those little grinches which you have to outrun from them when you are holding those presents in the outpost.

No....they haven't. It's always been staggered, and the grenchies have always been one of the last things to come.

just like the burried guy in LA from the halloween event- they added it 3 days after the event started.

(there arnt any rift wardens too, so you cant get the frozen ectos, but there is a trader for them. which means they will add it later)

They already said the different activities are being added gradually, the present collecting being one of them. Notice how none of the quests, or anything besides the decorations were up yesterday?
