When I look at people's soloing build, I always wonder (for those doing Me/X or X/Me) why they use one anti-interrupt mantra over the other.
Why not just use [skill]Mantra of Concentration[/skill] over [skill]Mantra of Resolve[/skill].
MoC (Mantra of Concentration) has a 5 less energy cost and the same cooldown. It lasts 18 seconds less at 0 Insperation than 12 Insperation for MoR (Mantra of Resolve).
MoC - lasts 60...156...188
MoR - lasts 30...78...94
MoC - costs 5 energy
MoR - costs 10 energy
They both share the same cooldown.
MoC - doesn't do anything to you if someone tries to interrupt you
MoR - takes away 10...5...4 energy per attempted interrupt.
So why is it better to use Mantra of Resolve?

It depends on which Profession is using it. Netiher are particularly good though.
Resolve used to be viable back when Mesmer stances were affected by Expertise. IWAY were getting non-interruptable trappers with a minimal penalty. The energy-loss was then increased rendering this skill virtually impossible to use effectively because it requires high Inspiration Magic if you don't want 0-energy all of the time. With Expertise changes, they forgot to revert this skill back.
Pious Concentration and Glyph of Concentration seem to be better choices.

Its if you would've been interrupted. It doesn't count if they just use interrupts on you, they have to actually hit when your casting a spell/glyph/whatever.
