Halloween Art Contest Prizes

Hello, I was wondering if any of the winners and/or finalists have received their prizes for the Halloween Art Contest? I won a finalist award but I have yet to receive my Skill Pins.

I emailed ANet last week on the 3rd, the latest date on which they should arrive, but I've yet to receive a reply or a package. I live in Seattle by the way, which is pretty close to ANet's HQ of Bellevue.

So anyways, I was wondering if anyone has gotten their prizes yet.

Yes, I received the skill pins plus a signed note from Gaile, and I live halfway around the world. I'd PM Gaile or email the contest address as you should've received it by now - something has definitely gone wrong.

I did email the contest address, but I guess I'll PM Gaile as well.

Well, Gaile Gray logged on yesterday, and apparently she didn't catch my PM

Sent [email protected] another email. Wondering how it'll go.

I live in Australia and got my pins by snail mail and the miniature by email, long ago.

I need advice...

What should I do to notify ANet that I've yet to receive my skill pins?

I've sent two emails to [email protected] and two PMs on GWGuru to Gaile Gray, and now it seems like neither wants to answer...

Help please?

i would think most (if not all) of anet's staff would be on vacation till next year
so you probably wont get any replies till then

I actually sent the emails and PMs a while ago.

The first email was sent on December 3rd and the second on December 17th.

The two PMs to Gaile Gray were on December 10th and December 19th.

Something like that.


Anyways, it wouldn't have hurt for them to reply at least...

Any advice? Or should I just wait until the holidays are over before I try again?

You'll have to wait 'til Jan. 2 before you try to contact anyone. I don't know who you'd need to email, but it should probably be to a different address. If all else fails, ask support because they'll be able to transfer it to the appropriate person.
