Addons survey - remake

Hi all,
I posted here on your forum last week about a survey Im making for a paper for the class Advanced Game Theory on IT-University of Denmark. Unfortunately have the company who owns the free survey page I used for making the questionnaire hardware problems, and they have lost all my data

I hope you will take time to answer my questionnaire again. I have imporved it some places, as I understood on your comments last, that it was needed

I have used the same survey system as last time, even though Id rather find some other company now - problem is, that I have very limited time now, and know no other company. If any of you can link me to a site where they don't loose peoples data, Ill be happy ^^

Screw your survey! - I'm not getting tricked to sign up for militairy school again.

I'm assuming Advanced Game Theory is some sort of statistics class (or something similar) so I'm wondering what your population is supposed to be? It can't be used to represent the average GW player since this is far from a random sampling. Therefore it seems that the data you collect will only represent those willing to take the time to complete the survey and will be hard to draw meaningful conclusions from.

Filled it out. Thanks for adding your description of addons, still kinda hard to understand but a lot better.

Still think you need to add N/A choices under the game specific parts for people who haven't played the game, unless you have a way of filtering it out.

The class Im taking is not a statistic course. My line is called Media, Technology and Games (MTG). Below a part of the class describtion copy/pasted from my coursepage:
" This theory course seeks to promote methodological thinking among game
research students. Through careful examinations of crucial game concepts and
close analyses of one or more games, participants will learn to understand
game elements and their function. Game analysis can mean many things, and
the participants will chose their own tools from among many possible ones,
depending on the purpose of the analysis. The course aims to let the
students develop a critical vocabulary and a set of tools that support their
critical examination of the games or game elements.

This should be useful to game designers, game critics, and anyone who want
to develop a finer sense of how games achieve their goals."
