Also, a few months ago, BT sent me another router (they were upgrading all the customer routers) but I only replaced the filter. Tried logging on to www.guildwars.com and came up right away, then logged in ok after that. I don't know if this was just luck or the more up-to-date filter worked. Only time will tell I guess. So if any of you were sent updated equipment from BT, try the filter first. Hope this helps and God save us all lol I think it's time to kick BT down the stairs and go with another provider. |
