Has GW broken?

I am having the same problem had it once b 4 aswell cant login cant access any offical GW websites either its like ive been banned from that ip range so a followup on what peoples isp's are would b handy case i know the ban isnt at GW's end to see if its a certain isp thats doin the throttling.

Have been in contact with BT as im also having the same problem

My opinion of their support is very poor as they couldnt even get past thier own firewall to check www.guildwars.com or any other plaync site.

They admitted a fault and have escalated the problem to a team who can deal with it. Lets hope the sort it soon I NEED MY FIX:

Well I managed to talk to BT and GW about although at the time nobody would take responsibility for it in hopes that it would resolve itself which thankfully it did but this has happened once b 4 to me a few weeks ago and took 4 days b 4 it resolved itself I was just lucky it was only a few hours this time.
But I will add that GW said that it was most likely congestion on the routing to GW from our computers and through the BT network, so all i can say is that I hope for anyone still facing this problem that with a little patience it may work itself out.
