Im kind of embarrassed, but i just cant beat this quest (its the glacial griffon thing).
have you guys beat it? and how?

A
Switch to ranger secondary, take Toxicity, Poison Tip Signet, Hunter's Shot, Read the Wind. Bring along some self-heals or some extra ranged damage if you want.
Lay down toxicity, apply read the wind, apply poison tip signet, fire Hunter's Shot.
Lose aggro, when everything is ready, rinse and repeat. Takes a while but works wonders.

As i said 3rd post. Use crippling anguish and conjure phantasm. Spam them to degen him to death, i didn't even need him to get stuck (the bug that is now fixed). Take natural healing for spot heals, a 15/1 staff maybe and some form of e-management if you wish.

i didnt find spirit spamming that effective.
i got him with /R
grab favorable winds, toxicity, pious haste, a long/flatbow, apply poison, some sort of heal and a few choice bow attacks.
run to the top of the hill on the right, by the gate. place spirits a little down the hill. apply poision and fire a few shots at him. you should be fine, but if he runs at you use pious haste to the top of the hill to lose him. you can fire almost the entire radar range from the top of the hill.
