Account suspended for unacceptable name

I just woke up to realise that I can't log into my account a suspected breach of policy, just because I had an "unacceptable name".

WTH! All of a sudden! I am so pissed, and I can't log in for another 66 hours.

Do anybody know why this happened? Did someone report me or what?

The closest "unacceptable name" I have is "Ima Burn Your Arse". I've had it for like months, so to have it being banned right now is ridiculous.

Any suggestions what I should do? This is so ridiculous.

What I want to know is that why now! If the name was unacceptable, I shouldn't have been allowed to create it with that name in the first place.

I might try contacting support and see.

Because Anet doesn't look very carefully until someone reports you. Once you've been reported, they'll look at the name and determine it unacceptable. It's just like if you cheated on a test a two months ago but never got caught. Then someone brings up the fact you cheated now, and you get punished.

Get over it. You made a stupid mistake, and you get punished for it.

People will tell you that jumping off a bridge is bad to your health. But few will actually try to prevent you from doing it.

At least you have a chance to learn from mistakes.

I've seen a lot of 'Arse'. No, i'm not a perv, it's just a British version of 'ass' that the programmers missed when making the profanity filter.

I hear there are plenty of Dutch names ranging from, mild, quirky swears to Nazi and Jew hate although they'll not be spotted as often.

Most people find the name funny, not offensive.

And the reason I post here is to here some proper comments from people in this forum.

So please stop giving stupid unconstructive comments and think it's a joke.

Wait until the ban is over and don't make an inappropriate name. Other then that, the only other thing you can do is contact support. We can't do anything for you here.
