I'm unable to buy the PvP Item Unlock Pack.

After I enter my billing information and attempt to purchase, I get an error message that says "Product distribution failed". The error code is 1751126. Is anyone else getting this and/or know what it means? Thanks!

Edit: I tried purchasing some of the other PvP packs, both individually and in groups, and I get the same error message. I'm sure my information is right, so it could be something on ANet's end.

Yep, I have the exact same error message trying to buy the unlocks packs. I received one reply back to a support ticket with NCsoft asking for further details on my debit card as the error might be suspicion of fraud (!).
However, I have successfully bought many extra character slots on the online store before and my debit card is fine.

Im also getting the same problem... now i hope my card hasnt been charged anyway...

I checked my card, I wasn't charged. Which is a good thing.

It might be any issue with the transfer of the Skill Packs data... But that is just a guess...

I did notice my ticket has a "critical" status on it.....something tells me they dont know what the problem is yet

Fraud thought... hmm, I got the same thing after 4 attempts where it wouldn't finalize my own Digi-Download.

I think after you buy a certen amount it cuts your card off, or rather, after you attempt an amount of buys.

Here is a resolution, Head over to your bank and get a Visa or whatever card you have gift card for how much you need and use the giftcard number in place of the Credit Card number.

This has nothing to do with the credit/debit card. I've tried both credit and debit, both of which have sufficient funds to carry out the transaction. I get the same error for both.

I tried it one-by-one and the only ones that give me the error are Nightfall and Prophecies. I was able to buy Core and Factions with no problem.

i tried 3 cards
- VISA Electron (mBank EMAX)
- VISA (mBank eKARTA)
- VISA (mBank USD VISA VIRTUAL)

all three with Code=1751126

It has nothing to do with the cards.

I just tried again and I could buy Core, Factions, and Eye of the North. I am still unable to purchase the Item, Nightfall, and Prophecies packs.

now it works for me !!

do not go directly to shop

use edit account, manage access keys, visit guild wars store (then you will be in shop, but prices are different, 4euro insteed 8euro with 50% bonus)

I got a question why would you buy core when you buy all of them? Seems like a waste of money...

Yay!!! Thanks for the tip. Not sure why this worked, but it worked on my first try after probably 25 failed attempts going straight to the store.

i also found other way that works for me

go to store using top right button, when purchasing enter all fields correctly except expiration date (you will get error code 1751067 invalid paymets details)
then enter correct exp date and you will succed :P

I tried the above. I now was able to successfully buy the PvP access kit. I am not sure if this is because of the sollution stated above, or that Anet fixed the problem.
