Sure... Why not?
I'd rather see a storage for more important things like dyes, collectible drops, whatever...
But I'd be happy if I could unload my mini-pets somewhere else, and save some Storage space ^^
I doupt extra storage at the Xunlai Agent would work very well, though... With so many new mini-pets coming every year, it needs to updated time after time... Maybe something like a mini-pet zoo?
Anything, as long as my mini-pets are happy! :3

I just think the easiest method for this, IF they would have opted to do it, would have been to make it similar to the Festive mask guy, and have them offer a CUSTOMIZED mini (so they are unsellable) and allow you to retrieve a mini from the HoM across your account.
The problem with this is that they are allowing minis to be traded EVEN AFTER being put in a HoM! Thats why this method was Nixed.
The next solution would be to have a storage tab in the HoM so you can put the minis in or pull them out If they are dedicated.
Again this solution would STOP the selling of dedicated minis. Why? because if they pull the dedicated mini out of the HoM the HoM no longer displays it. But you now have a dedicated mini in your inventory that you can put back on the HoM shelf display, OR use as you wish on your account. If your silly enough to sell it, you no longer have the option to have it displayed in your HoM from that time forward. Thus no one would be that ridiculous. This is the BEST solution for storage of minis.
Ultimately IF Anet wants to make a easy buck or nine ;P they could offer a 2nd storage chest in our HoM or GH for $9.99... I personally would jump on that... I already do that for a Mule character slot... But the added value for a 2nd chest would be even more beneficial and popular...

I did say that in first post about buying extra slots but I'm really talking about consolidating all this into one place.
WHY can't we just have another Storage box that is a separate thing to normal storage added to Hom's only.

Yea I have been meaning to make a big ass spread sheet for my mules. I got 3 of them. Plus the 100+ heroes now. actually closer to 200...
Then I can just list all teh crap they all have on them so I can find it. Mules are all well and good, but they hold A LOT. I mean think about it. 25 heroes can hold a staff or a 1hand weapon and offhand or shield. so max that 50 items there... then another 50 on backpack, belt and 2 bags. thats 100 storage spaces per character slot mule. for $9.99
Keeping track of where you put it all. Thats another story...
I have been putting off making a huge ass excel sheet cause I know its going to be a lot of switching around and looking and just it will take a long time to do. and even longer to keep it up over time.
Now I fully applicate the storage chests tabs and materials in there.. that helps a ton. before hand that made things very hard remembering where all that stuff was. BUt more and more lately that space is getting filled up with things you would normally hold in your character belt. But with the addition of BOTH HM and Normal mode books, for GWEN, that space has dwindled greatly.
As a ranger I generally carry around 3 bows. at least 3 masks, and now 4 books. Add a stack of lockpicks, and prob a mini. though that's optional I will not count it. And a identify kit and salvage kit, so that 13 slots taken up on your player with just the basics IMHO. Thats a full bag and most of a belt.
Leaving 36 spots for picking up stuff. So you dump all the golds to storage as you get them and sort through it later right? I do. every few days I have to go in and either find a place for the golds or merch them.
So yea its just adding up what all you have to carry around with you is all... It would be nice to have a special spot for 1 mini in inventory, Nothing else but a mini. and it would be nice to have a key ring spot to store your keys.
And now with these dam books have a spot for those too that does not detract from what your allowed to pick up in LONG dungoens. We ask for it Not really expecting to get it. but saying it would be nice to see. If Anet agrees they try to implement it.
Now storage. Materials are there, so why are not other things like Dyes and Rune stacks? I am sure part of the reason is to prevent over hoarding of the items. That could be. Collector items take up a full tab for me. More so then Dyes or runes. but I have had times when both are in there and just need to be dumpped... Another tab is nothing but minis. And god help me I got 3 more characters about to hit 2nd birthdays... ;( IDK what I am going to do with these soon... They just take up too much room, But it feels so wrong to trash a trophy.
Another tab is green storage, till I can find places for them.
and that basically leaves 1 tab for the rest of the stuff.
Even when I am moving things around its getting harder and harder to do cause you do not have the space to hold it while you move it.
IDK.. Its a hard point... no matter how much they give us for storage this will always be the case. I know this and expect it... Best thing I could do is just delete a character that is completly full of greens and golds. and pretend I never got any of that stuff. and start over. I'll keep the mule for Holiday stuff, and the other for primary weapons... IDK.. like I said its a hard choice to make. More so cause I earned my stuff. I didn't cheat and buy it... so its just hard to trash something that you found and was worth keeping all this time.

I definatly would like to see a mini pet storage. I do not have multiples of and 1, but I do have a rather large collection. I have dedicated most of them and I will not delete them for any reason nor will I sell. I keep 10 in storage at all times and I keep 2 on me at all times, and have more on other charicters. I would like to be able to have access to any 1 at any time on any charicter with out having to swap charicters, move pets, get back on wanted charicter and so on. I think its a great idea, but I also dont think it will ever happen. We have been asking for dye storage for next to forever now and it still hasnt happened so the results look grim.
I would LOVE for this idea to happen, this is why i signed up on the forums:
