Okay, what elite is he actually trying to use? cultists is in the skillbar, yet he talks about vampiric spirit. Though Cultists seems to fit the build much better because nothing else in the bar sacrifices health. This build does look decent, but i can see it being weak against anything over 3-4 monsters. ah shit i always mix em up, cultist's is the one to use.

Nice idea, but 50% chance to block attack and 15 health regen won't be enough to counter big melee groups imo. indeed. however, you discount the 3 life stealing spells. but i dont know.

Not actually. It's +10 health regen, 50% block attacks, life stealing (including AoE lifesteal using Unholy Feast).

If you can't farm Hard mode, it's generally not worth it, except for possibly UW or destroyer cores. Mobs scatter from Dark Aura in HM. The 55 N/Mo is the standard to beat for farming, at least in my opinion, and I just don't see that happening with this build in its' current form. i cant see them scattering. considering i have to throw out the touches, the skills that would be triggering aura would be at least 3 seconds apart, which is enough to cancel scattering, right? and i think this has hard mode potential, compare to, say, the a/d moebius. he has 75% chance to block, but much less regen and healing(for most variants). he takes on HM melee just fine.

Max health regen can only be 10 regen. leftover regen will be counted in if you have less than 10 regen, due to degen, like bleeding or life siphon... but a single skill can surpass it, no?
i coulda sworn thats how it worked with regen...it works that way for IMS
