There used to be a "use 3rd party software -> get banned" mentality at ANet. But they seem to have forgotten that now.

Well it's not gonna harm any gameplay, and it's ok with them.

so I read in another thread, after much searching, that there's a nude mod out there somewhere, but I can't find it. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

alright...since nobody's got a nude mod, how about a bow range mod? Something that adds rings to the radar to show how far each type of bow will shoot. Or something that adds a ring around your character depending on what type of bow you're using to indicate ranges?

im pretty sure that mods are against the ULA. so go jerk a wad somewhere else and dont play GW to get a stiff one and read the agreement once in a while. all in all.......HAVE SOME COMMON F**KING SENSE

Mods are allowed. Anet has given consent. However, I do agree that anyone looking for a nude mod has got some issues.

Seeing as how you replied to this in a thread that is already 3 PAGES LONG on the subject, including the FIRST POST, WHICH WAS COPIED FROM THE F**KING WIKI, I'd think YOU'D have some common sense and not go off on a rant about someone else's supposed habits.

I personally think that it makes no sense for the bland underwear to cover more skin than the 'armor'. 15k gladiator's armor, necro scar patterns, or monk tattoos anyone? it would make sense that if you were to remove them, for whatever reason, to have at least something skimpier on than a friggin robe underneath.

Besides your ideas about what issues I may or may not have (or what issues you have with my supposed issues) I am now concerned with the Bowdar as thunderai called it in a PM. I now see that it would be very difficult, if not impossible to do with simple graphics modding, as elevation plays a large factor in the range of a bow.

that is indeed a very nice idea, but i dont think possible , we can put in spirit range because thats constant, but changing bows and a changing ranger probably wouldn't, besides after ranger for a while you tend to know your ranges of each type.

Could anyone with more skills then I make a mod that shows this?

While I have no artistic side at all I believe it should be possible if you make the deer/wolf/tiger/phoenix emote invisible and put a vin diesel picture on the rings.

Cool modifications to the game. I like modifications they are a real help. So we CAN'T get in trouble or CAN we. I read the threads and some say Yes and some say No.

You cannot be banned, those who say "No" ask for proof. You would have heard of getting banned by now.
